1. Order Confirmation & Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review all details carefully. If there are any mistakes or discrepancies, contact us immediately at zackjackcontact@gmail.com to resolve the issue.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell (original artworks, limited editions, or digital art), we typically do not accept returns. However, in certain situations, returns may be considered under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the damage, along with your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Items Sent: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ensure you receive the correct artwork and cover the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only available for:
Damaged or Defective Products: If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will offer either a full refund or replacement based on your preference. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the item is returned.
Incorrect Orders: If we have made an error in fulfilling your order (such as sending the wrong artwork or product), we will offer a full refund or exchange.
Please Note: Refunds are not available for change of mind or if the artwork does not meet your personal expectations. We encourage you to ask for more information, images, or even videos of artwork before purchasing to ensure it is the right fit for you.
4. Return Process
If you are eligible for a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Provide the necessary documentation (photos of damaged or incorrect items).
Once your return request is approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the item.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective.
5. Digital Art Purchases
For digital art downloads or custom commissions, refunds are generally not available once the artwork has been delivered. However, if there is an issue with the download link or file format, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.
6. Shipping & Handling
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). If a refund is issued, the cost of shipping and handling will not be included in the refund amount.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped or processed. After 24 hours, cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Custom Art Commissions
Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable once work has begun, due to the personalized nature of the order. If you do not wish to to proceed with the commission after work has begun, the first deposit will be kept. After the final version is handed over, If you need adjustments to the artwork, please let us know within 3 days of receiving the final version.

9. Changes to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or posted on our website. Please review our refund policy periodically to stay informed.
